About Me

Ken Nowak: Ken owned investment and rental properties (residential and commercial) in Denver from 1994-2004. Ken worked at Andersen Consulting/Accenture for 15 years and managed rental properties on the side under a property management company (3400 Franklin Street, LLC). Ken passed his real estate exam and owned 20 rental/investment units before exiting the market in 2004. The signs of a major housing turn were showing up in Denver beginning in 2001-2003 with lending standards deteriorating, investment properties getting more difficult to manage, and many corrupt realtors/lenders getting into the business.
